Purchase and session limits
Users can request daily, weekly, or monthly limits through support. Reductions can take effect promptly, while increases or removals have a published 24-hour cooling-off period.
Published daily options range from one to twelve hours. When a limit is reached, play becomes unavailable until the next local day.
Take a Break
CardCrush lists break periods of 1, 3, 7, 15, or 30 days. During the selected period, play, purchases, and withdrawals are unavailable. The break cannot be shortened after activation, and account access returns when the period ends.
Self-exclusion
Published self-exclusion periods are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years. Account access, play, purchases, and withdrawals are unavailable during the exclusion.
Self-excluded accounts do not automatically reopen. After the chosen period ends, the user can contact support, and the current policy describes a seven-day waiting period for a reopening request.
Before requesting a break
- Read the latest policy in full.
- Check whether any prize request is pending.
- Save account history you may need.
- Use the support channel listed by CardCrush.
- Do not create another account to avoid a restriction.
The published policy directs users to CardCrush Customer Support to activate limits, Take a Break, or self-exclusion.
