How the process works
- Use Mystery Coins in an eligible game at least once.
- Open the Withdraw area while logged in.
- Select an available method and submit the requested account details.
- Complete identity and eligibility checks when required.
- Monitor the request and respond if CardCrush asks for additional documentation.
Cards and Mystery Coins are different. The terms state that collectible Cards do not carry prize value. Only eligible Mystery Coins can be used for a request under the published rules.

CardCrush says it can process one request per customer every 48 hours. Bank processing may take up to ten days, while requests above the stated review threshold can require longer. These are policy limits, not a guarantee that every request finishes in the maximum period.
Verification checklist
CardCrush may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, SSN validation, or a biometric facial check. The name attached to the selected payment method should match the customer account.
Before submitting, check that your profile is accurate, the Mystery Coins are eligible, the minimum is met, and uploaded documents are current and readable.
